Brilliant news concerning our "Novice" archers who entered the Clout competition.
It was a very windy day (unfortunately a head wind) coupled with a heavy shower but the elements didn't prevent great shooting from our 3 young medal winners.
Alex in the under 16 Barebow category taking silver.
Kathryn in the senior ladies 125m Barebow category taking gold.
Daniel in the senior gents 165m Barebow category taking gold and the County Shield.
In addition Colin came second for Silver and Tony third for the bronze.
It was a very well attended shoot with 40 archers competing in their respective age/distance categories so irrespective of the inclement weather conditions the competition was enjoyed by all.
Congratulations to all medal winners and sincere thanks to other members for representing our club.
